			This is a privately owned and privately run website. All communications between you, the client, and us, stats-consult.com, will be held strictly confidential. Your e-mail address and other personal information you provide in the course of obtaining my services will not be sold or distributed in any fashion. All work performed by stats-consult.com will be under agreement of a Statement of Work (SOW) that serves as a mutual contract. Although stats-consult.com will work diligently to ensure the material produced under the SOW agreement is error free, the client is ultimately responsible for the content of the work they publish/present/submit, whether based in part or in whole upon the work produced under the SOW agreement. The owner of this site takes no responsibility for misuse of information/data/work provided under the SOW agreement. The client is expected to honor all fees owed to stats-consult.com promptly, and in full. Specific details regarding payment for services will be negotiated between the client and stats-consult.com prior the rendering of services. Clinical researchers should take care to remove all patient identifiers from data files sent to us for analysis, consistent with the HIPAA Privacy Rule. 			Use of the tutorials and discussion forums is strictly by membership access only. This is in part to protect my copyright and to protect the copyrights of those whose work has contributed to the tutorials, as well as to discourage spam on the forums.
